Tarik Saleh is an Egyptian-Swedish writer, director, producer and animator whose latest film, character-driven action thriller The Contractor (2022), stars and was financed by Hollywood actor Chris Pine.
‘I KNEW Chris Pine wasn’t right for The Contractor!’
Saleh describes initially feeling that Pine wasn’t the right fit for the part but, on meeting him, soon changed his mind. He also boldly states his love for Eddie Marsan who he believes is one of the ‘top three actors in the world’ – hence begging the producers to secure his services for this movie.
Tarik Saleh has many years of experience in film and television, directing an episode of WESTWORLD, and counting the likes of Stellan Skarsgård among his close friends.
THE CONTRACTOR is in theaters, on digital and on demand from April 1, 2022
