Making a historical drama film on a small budget
In this conversation with presenter, film/tv editor Jim Page, Phil and Laura discuss some of the challenges they faced putting together this film on a micro budget. In fact, the BFI liked but ultimately rejected the short version of the film so the filmmakers decided to pull out all of the stops and create a feature-length movie instead. Sometimes logic goes out of the window when you’re following a creative passion, right?
