Our guest for this episode is icon of cinema Dolph Lundgren, an actor, writer and director who famously made his debut as Russian boxer Ivan Drago in Rocky IV, as well as starred as He-Man in cult classic 80s movie Masters of The Universe.
In this interview, Dolph reflects on his long career in Hollywood and the film industry, considering some of the choices he made early on in his career, and explains how he keeps on going, remaining a much-loved fixture in films like The Expendables franchise and DC’s Aquaman and its sequel Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom (2022).

– His first name is actually Hans
– He has a degree in chemical engineering from the KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a master’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Sydney.
– He holds the rank of 4th dan black belt in Kyokushin karate and was European champion in 1980–81.
– His debut role was actually as a KGB henchman in the James Bond film A View to a Kill.
